• Guests are responsible for leaving the caravans in a clean and tidy condition as found.
• Guests are responsible for any breakages or damage and must inform the owner.
• The owners reserve the right to seek compensation for damage discovered after departure.
• All damages will be charged at cost price to the discretion of the owner.
• All caravans hold a strict No Smoking policy. If failure to uphold this then a cleaning charge will be applied.
• Small well-behaved dogs are allowed in one of the caravans on informing the owner previous to booking.
